Visa Journey USA exists to make the U.S. visitor visa application process clearer and less stressful. We are a privately owned assistance service, not a government agency and not a law firm.
Who we are
We are an independent assistance service based in the United States, working with visitors from around the world who are planning a trip to the U.S. for tourism, to see family, or for temporary business.
Government forms and visa procedures can be intimidating, especially when English is not your first language or you have never applied for a U.S. visa before. That is the gap we fill.
We have no affiliation with the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency, and we do not represent ourselves as one. You can always apply directly at travel.state.gov and pay only the official fee.
We would rather tell you the service is wrong for you than take a fee you did not need to pay. If you do not need a visa, or you need a category we do not handle, we will say so.
What we do
The visa application asks for a great deal of detail, and small errors or omissions cause delays that were entirely avoidable. Our service covers:

We help you prepare and organise. The decision on any visa rests solely with the U.S. government, and we never promise, expedite or guarantee a particular outcome.

Our commitment on fees
Support should not come at the cost of transparency. Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the government's application fee, and we make that distinction clear before you pay rather than in the small print afterwards.
