In short

What we collect, why we have it, and what we do not do with it. The full text follows below.

  • We collect the information you enter on the application, plus your name and email so we can reach you.
  • We use it to prepare and review your application. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Nothing is stored in your browser. Passport and ID numbers do not survive on a shared or stolen device.
  • We keep your card details encrypted, only to charge our fee once your application is prepared. The security code is deleted the moment that fee is charged, and the card number with it.
  • You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
  • We will never ask you for a password or the answer to your security question by email or phone.

If you want your information deleted, email us and say so. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not affect anything else.
